My topic for the Independent Research Project is focused around the image of women. Through globalization and as society continues to change and develop, the idea of what a “woman of beauty” is typically,  varies on the social, cultural, and political impact in an area. In most countries, hair, face, body, and even riches can play a huge role in determining what may be natural beauty.

Over time the media and American society are sticking with the image of thin, excessive make-up wearing, fashionable women as the ideal successful and most beautiful
